I had 3 bespoke items made in platinum with diamonds and was so happy with the communication and the workmanship. However after a year or so I wanted to upgrade so they bought my bespoke jewellery in part exchange for another custom made diamond bangle. Once again the communication and workmanship is second to none. Customer service is absolutely fantastic, very personal and I was so pleased that I could have telephone conversations to go over my designs etc. I’ve had so many lovely compliments about my jewellery and I always recommend 5ine Jewels.
