We have been receiving a weekly vegetable and fruit box for nearly 3 years now and we are very happy with the quality and variety. On the rare occasion there was a small issue, the customer service was fantastic. They are very responsive and accommodating. We love the fact that 90% of the fruit & veg are delivered plastic free and that a lot of the produce are locally grown/sourced.....And they taste amazing too!

Received my first box on Tuesday, the Coriander was slimy and off so went straight in the bin, the broccoli went off on the Wednesday, went straight in the bin, the peaches were all bruised and mushy, went in the bin, the carrots were soft, not happy for the price paid! Sorry heritage but fine food it wasn't, will be going elsewhere from now on

The quality of the fruit and veg that I have bought over the past two years has been excellent. Sometimes the fruit and veg boxes have items that are new to me and we have tried and enjoyed. The very reduced packaging is a boon as I am trying to 'reduce the plastic'.
