We love this place. Smokey’s never fails to give us a great night out and it’s the only place where I really trust that the drinks being made are as they should be. The venue is always clean and the cocktails here are amazing! The staff are both friendly yet efficient and never fail to make sure we get home safely at the end of the night after we’ve had a few too many. Our group always have a great time, even on the quieter nights. Highly recommend 👍

Just had the worst experience here. Not sure if it’s due to a lack of training or they were just tired. Came here with a friend who into the night said she wasn’t feeling well, she handles alcohol really well so this was surprising. We then left and she was dry heaving, not being sick when she just passed out. I tried to get her in a taxi but no one will take her. I had a few people helping. However a bartender, who very clearly had enough, said my friend was faking it and that she was manipulating me. And the bartender and the security left me and my passed out mate in the middle of the road at 4am with no way of getting home. My friend had been spiked in the past and before she passed out said she felt like she had be spiked this night too. I told the security this however they did nothing to help me. I ended up having to stay there until 5:30 freezing cold with my friend who was out cold. Cheers for that Smokies. The fact that you guys will continuously argue and insult anyone that dares to leave a bad review is pathetic on your part. My friend did not throw up so saying that is so laughable. You’re a disgrace to the clubbing business and i hope you’ll close down because this is horrifically bad
