Discrimination between staff members. Interfering with each others patients and talking each others back at the reception desk but I don’t think the staff really know we can hear them from the waiting room. My hygienist Zara was sacked more like redundant or she was asked to leave. Got everyone to write false statements to get rid of her. They even questioned some registered people including myself to write a false statement about Zara. Reception staff kept changing I believe they weren’t happy either. I left after Zara was no longer working there, she was great honestly but theres a lot of hate and jealousy happening at the dental practice. Don’t believe the fake smiles from the doctors or the staff. I personally think Nurse Karen knows a lot but choses to stay quiet but I could tell from her body language how much she hates it there too. Do not consider registering.

Visited the clinic for a regular check-up and hygiene appointment. Dr Ahmed was fantastic with his “old fashioned” style of dentistry, and Martha was amazing cleaning my teeth with a special airflow machine that really made a change I love to see 👍🏼 Front of house staff also very kind and helpful!

I have had great experience with hygienist Elena at this practice. Have had bleeding gums for years. It was all sorted in just one visit. I was given lots of information how to take daily care. I would definitely come back for routine check ups. Practice itself is clean and welcoming place. I felt like at home there. Very friendly stuff at the reception. Highly recommended.

Secondly Camelia on front of house is fantastic she is professional and honestly cares and genuinely wants to help you and give you a great experience! I love coming to this dental clinic, it's such a nice, hygienic and professional atmosphere. I find all the staff to be extremely personable and meticulous. I've had a few hygiene appointments with Elena who is very thorough, as well as the Enlighten Whitening programme with Dr. Mesut Mehri who is just so wonderful and experienced. My teeth are very sparkly and clean, and I always leave happy. Thank you, all!

Fantastic experience with the new digital technology. Everything very visible which is great. I can see how my teeth are wearing and what my options are to fix things very clearly on the screen.. really great hygiene appointment afterwards too.. both clinicians were very gentle, understanding and told me what my options were very clearly.. booking in for the clear braces next month :) 10/10
