Hi, this is my 1st time I went to Birmingham hotel and I have to say that it's terrible to go there to spend my holiday. The lamps were not working at all, even trying to turn on the lights, not working. The bathroom to take my shower I did not know how it worked so it basically came out hot water and struggled how to set it up balance. The toilet was not flushing properly after peeing and pooing, the water in the sink was running so slow I could barely clean up teeths. Trust me that is not the best hotel to go there. Oh and I forgot the receptionist wasn't even aware the hotel was booked and took so long to give us the key for the rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place.
