Yesterday I had 4 vertical blinds installed by Mathew from 5star blinds He did an excellent job fitting them and had previously been to measure up and offer choice of blinds to me. I cannot recommend this company enough I previously use 5 star blinds some 11 years ago and their professional service, quality and price encouraged me to return again. Today Mathew came out again to replace a rod that because I am only 4’11” I couldn’t reach from the kitchen floor! I only contacted them this morning and he promptly came out to replace the rod at no extra charge Fantastic service

Very disappointed with 5 star blinds. I was initially told that I could not have perfect fit blinds for my French doors so they fitted normal blinds, which required drilling. I then found out that this was a error on their part and perfect fit blinds were suitable for my doors. They simply miscalculated their measurements. However, they accepted their mistake but did nothing to put it right for me. I am never going back to them again. I have been a long term customer and have always recommended 5 star to friends and family. NEVER AGAIN!
