Alarm fault which beeps continually, all day and all night. Reported the problem to 5 star and they couldn't care less. Left it beeping for 4 days! Do not recommend, would leave zero stars if I could

Will not be recommending 5 star alarms. Fobs not covered under service or warranty. Had a service before going on holiday. Used fob twice since being home. Guy came out told me it works intermittently and I can use panel. He phoned the office as I wasn’t happy and they saying it my fault. Not good customer service or customer focused.

Had my alarm fitted today and I'm delighted with the result. The girls in the office were very helpful and straightforward, and my job was booked fast. By far the most reasonably priced alarm fitters out there, without question. The engineers did a fab job - nice, neat and tidy, no fuss. Highly recommend.
