You have to submit an enquiry online. Took just under a month to get a call back. When I was contacted I was misdiagnosed and given physio to do that exacerbated the problem. I ended up going online and diagnosing myself, selecting the correct exercises based on my symptoms and slowly made progress. God help us all if we get really ill

Waiting for be visited and been given a 21 days for only get a call back ?! Had to phone more than once In the past to know tests results cause otherwise they wouldn’t even let you know ?!. What kind of doctors and practitioners are these ?! if you call, just expect them to be so rude and won’t even do anything to help you. Answers are always, unless you’re dying, you have to wait ?! Please, you better off registering somewhere else, you might even see the light before getting anything back. Can’t wait to change.

3 and a half weeks for a telephone appointment when you are extremely worried about having skin cancer. How on Earth can you have a telephone appointment for skin cancer? My bloods have had markers in them for 9yrs, my beautician friend said I need to see a doctor urgently. Dr Jacobs was wonderful, he left because he felt he couldn’t care for his patients properly here. Awful service.

New to the area and Laura was great helping me, as they have been with prescriptions. Phone backs are long but with covid 19 and being in a city not bad at all, came from a small village and its the same and that was a small village.

They ask you to complete online request rather than calling now. I have submitted a request over 3 weeks ago and no one has got back to me. This is a very serious matter and find it appalling that they haven't even given a telephone call!
