    They are great to deal with. Having to claim frequently as my dog is now 12 and unfortunately unwell. Print off form and Claim can be emailed straight from vet. It took 4 days from my vet sending form to claim being settled. Absolutely delighted with quick response as over £280. Money was in bank a couple of days later. Kept informed of process throughout. I have life time cover and feel premium and excess is competitive. So glad have this cover as really depend on it now.
