If your Insurance does put you through 4D Floors, I would recommend you to go ahead with them as they do an amazing job and they are very helpful. The fitter was nice and fitted my flooring faster then I expected 💯

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. My insurance claim dragged on for months with this company due to their incompetence, lack of service and the poorest quality vinyl replacement I’ve ever seen in my life. The flooring supplied was atrocious, yet they claimed it was of higher quality than what I had down originally and paid off some independent assessor to say the flooring was satisfactory so they didn’t have to replace it. Thankfully, my insurance thought the flooring supplied was atrocious too and have paid for me to have it replaced again through someone else. Joke of a company, and there is not one person working there that gives a toss having had the displeasure of dealing with almost every member of staff.

We had 4d floors fit our carpets through our insurance company and they have been brilliant, especially the fitters Ben and Steve I believe from Mansfield, cracking pair of lads and even helped me move furniture back when the carpet was fitted brilliant tradesmen 5 star blokes

Farce from start to, not yet, finished. Getting a carpet fitter to fit a carpet is mostly mythological. We agreed dates for a fitter to arrive. 4d phoned later to change the date. Due to work, we said it had to be within a certain window (the same week) or in July. They said they would find a fitter. No comms from them to suggest otherwise. The day for fitting arrives. No fitter turns up. After a phone call, it appears no fitter has been found. I have just cleared two rooms ready for this for absolutely no reason. As yet, still no fitter. Poor comms and service.
