The room is nicely decorated and the seating (mainly banquettes) comfortable. The acoustics aren't great, owing to the hard surfaces and the paucity of anything to absorb sound. If you're near anyone noisy, you'll probably struggle to hear the conversation at your own table. There's excellent (concealed) air conditioning and a large hepa filter running too - a welcome addition in my view. The food was good - the mushroom and gruyere omelette was generously filled with wild mushrooms and gruyere, but was slightly overcooked. The avocado was ripe and well-seasoned, but slightly too cold, which was jarring on a warm plate. The accompanying virgin mary sauce was excellent as was the butter. If the prices weren't as high, I would give the food a 5/5, but I think it's not quite good enough to merit that at its price point. Coffees were slightly disappointing - the beans tasted tart, which suggests an overly light roast being used for espresso drinks. The tap water (served from a large, roaming caraffe) was warm, which was a shame, as it would be easy to add some ice. All in all, definitely worth a visit, but with moderate rather than high expectations.

Beef Wellington - excellent. The gravy is extraordinary Beef tartare - so-so. Could consider other starters Lobster spaghetti - must try. Portion enough for three person Dessert - creme brûlée my favourite and only one choice. A perfect ending of the feast. Atmosphere is good. Artedeco style. A bit noisy at peak hours.

Very busy and quite loud on a weeknight. The food was excellent, though, especially the Beef Wellington, and the way it was prepared in front of us was very cool. I loved the show cooking element. The dover sole was also really good. The sauce with the capers was delicious. Only letdown was the service - we tried ordering a couple of things to share for the whole table (including the wellington), but the menu is apparently not made for sharing and our waiter was not very accomodating. That might be a one-off experience though 😊 Also note that the place is very expensive.
