    Would not recommend. After 10 minutes from pre booked taxi time to southampton airport I rang to enquire where my taxi was, I was told no cars were available. Luckily i had given myself extra time as a previous booking was half an hour late. No call to inform me. No apology. Had to ask a neighbour to give me a lift. Shockingly poor service.

    I specifically requested a people carrier which I didn't get, the driver on the way to Luton Airport had to perform an emerging stop as he wasn't concentrating, previous passengers Fruit shoot drink still in the car. On the return journey same again no people carrier, rear of vehicle smelt of stale cigarettes including head rests, driver was drinking his drink whilst driving, I am very disappointed with the service.

    Driver late and grumbled when asked for a receipt after the transaction had gone through, without asking me if I wanted a receipt beforehand. Told me I should have told him I needed a receipt, as if it’s my job to know all their procedures. Drove off rudely without even the usual formalities. An unpleasant start to a trip.
