One of the worst places we have stayed. For £265 you would expect something nicer then what we had. The whole room was tired and run down. We complained to the manager who also agreed it was expensive (!) and also said they are about to close for a full refurbishment. Avoid at all cost m, as we where also told we had one of the better rooms! We where in room 101 (it should be put in room 101) and after our complaints and insults from the manager we received a 50% discount. We will not stay here again until the so called refurb is done. Nothing nice about this place, not even the river as you have to clean the inside of the window to see it! Awful place, try reading Park same money and such a better customer experience.
