Two comments: the kit itself is really good quality and efficient compared with the standard ones that are supplied with a lot of water butts. It’s worth every penny of the price. Secondly the customer service is brilliant. When we lost a nut into the depths of the butt, I emailed, got a prompt reply and a replacement was sent immediately- free. Great.
