I contacted 3FD everyday for 3 days to get them to let me talk to a specialist. Once I talked to her (Tamara), she told me she would have come back to me next day. I called the office everyday after the day she told me she would have come back to me, since she did not reach out to me. I received no answer whatsoever until I finally got her on the phone (10 days passed), to hear that the company has no time to take over my project. I’m so shocked with the lack of professionalism that I needed to share for future prospective clients.
