Had an appointment for 15:30, turned up 5 minutes early, was told to wait. 20 minutes later I asked how long it would be and was told 15 minutes, at which point the two other customers waiting told me they'd been waiting one for 45 minutes and the other for 1 hours. No respect for keeping to appointments or custmoer service.
