This gym is a complete joke. It stopped in the 80’s. It looks like an abandoned place, loads of broken equipment, unsafe environment (I.e. sometimes no light to the parking lot, where there are some massive wholes on asphalt), cardio equipment had 60% of functional machines, a massive leakage in the middle of the gym, etc. I made a monthly roll membership, did not want to renew, and I was asked to provide notice! For a month contract!?!?! Well, I got much more to tell about this place, I would never recommend.

I joined 365 in November 2022 and I don’t think I will ever change gym! Their signing up process is simple, you can either do it via the website or pop in and a staff member will help you out. The app to log in is fantastic, there’s also a ‘feed’ option (similar to instagram) that my friends and I love. You can follow your friends on the app and vice versa. You also have an option create a work out plan, which is great if you’re like me and like to track what exercises you’ve been doing. Each exercise also has a small video which shows you what to do. Again, super helpful! Let’s not forget the large variety of equipment available! I have seen, and used, machines that you wouldn’t find in a standard commercial gym. Added to the fact there’s a whole room for legs! My leg days have become way more intense, and I’ve started to see some amazing muscle growth! There’s multiple different leg presses and hack squats. As well as a pendulum squat and a hip thrust machine which I haven’t been able to find in any other gym! I’ve got all of my friends to join 365, and we have all come to conclusion that it’s a great gym. The main reason being the staff! They are extremely polite, helpful and funny. You can always have a great laugh with them. The gym feels more like a community/family than other gyms I’ve been too. Being a young female I have always felt anxious when entering a gym alone, however, I have never felt this way at 365. I know if I need help correcting my form, a spotter or I simply need help reaching or finding something one of the staff, or another member is willing to help. I feel at home and extremely comfortable while working out. 365 is a great gym, I highly recommend everyone and anyone to join.
