Great service from Dom at 360 hot tubs. Very knowledgeable, friendly and turns up when he says he will. He has even offered trouble shooting advice over the phone when his work load prevented him from coming out in my hour of need. I now only phone Dom and not the provider of my hot tub. ( They could learn from Dom !!). Professional and efficient service. 👍

Emailed hot tub 360 and Dominic got back to us the next day to look at our second hand hot tub that we had brought and one of the jets was not working. Came out a week later . Found what the problem was . A week later back with a new part and hot tub all working now. Helped us sort out how to use the control panels and what things mean. Nothing was no trouble for him. I would highly recommend 360 Hot Tubs, and will be using the company again in the future. Dom went above and beyond and couldn’t have been more helpful- its lovely to see there are still genuine people out there. 360 Hot Tubs also charge reasonable rates, and fixed my hot tub quickly and efficiently.
