Having handed in all my income and expenses, 360 failed to prepare a set of accounts, claiming no tax relief on any expenses.....not even the £360 I paid them to prepare them......even lost all my receipts....terrible service

We are a care company based in Hull. We moved our business accounts to 360 Chartered Accountants due to being very dissatisfied with the service provided by our previous company, a high profile firm based in Hull. Running a business such as ours, particularly given the crisis in the health and social care sector, is fraught with challenges. Having 360 as a business partner is not a luxury for us, but essential in maintaining a quality service. We have dealings with several members of the team, but we feel the need to single out Jordan, who has spent a huge amount of time (and skill and knowledge), in unraveling the mistakes and poor accountancy performance of our former accountant. His patience and advice has been instrumental in ensuring our business is in a very strong position going forward. This company took over from Walsh & Co who were always excellent. They helped and reminded me for end of year tax returns with telephone calls and emails. Thank you for your exceptional customer service that I unfortunately took for granted with 360. This new company demands late payment fees of £200 on top of their usual fee even though within HMRC deadlines. No reminders, just a generic, unsigned proposal to do so. No additional help or customer service from Sophie Holmes - their manager 👎
