I’m not a customer here, I just wanted to send my gratitude to the charming and helpful woman who helped me today. My glasses broke whilst driving - I had some sellotape but it really wasn’t happening - and I pulled up outside with frame, lens and errant screw in hand and asked if it might be possible for her to take a look at it. Of course it was. Without hesitation, the screw was replaced and I was on my way. Just like that. Fantastic. Thank you ever so much, you really helped me out.

Very rude owner. I walked into the shop with friends when all 4 of us wanted to buy glasses. She gave herself liberty to criticise my face, shape, and proportions without me asking of her opinion or help to even. It was not in a way: “Your oval face would suit this shape.” It was more like:”Your face is so small and proportions are odd, it would be very hard to find oui glasses!” Then she turned to my friend and made an inappropriate joke about his facial hair, that are “his bum fluff on his face”. The most arrogant and rude little shop in Knightsbridge. I am very disappointed and hurt with this treatment. Surprised people like this work with humans but not with therapist to find out why they want to hurt people in so many ways.
