Only reason I’m leaving 3 stars is for the lovely driver who came to collect us. The staff in the office were rude and when I called to ask how long the taxi would be, they literally answer with ‘We’re full!’ and hang up before you can even speak. Extremely frustrating as we had two taxis booked and only one arrived, and we needed to chase the second so as not to leave half the party behind without transport. I called 5 times, each time being hung up on without being able to say a single word. Very unprofessional and will not be using them again.

Outrageous customer service from the driver. Decided to confront me in an absurd manner because of a simple complication, threatened me outside a hospital pick up point that she will make sure I can not get any taxi services from them. Appalling expected way better. The drivers number plate is YP15 FNE, please avoid this taxi and driver, you’ll be better off walking, I’m currently in two casts unable to walk properly and the service that I just witnessed should be awarded the worst taxi award.
