I found 30 Seconds' screens are very informative and intuitive. I can see my building's announcements, can check the weather and time and sometimes some interesting news. The screen is so much better than the notice board they used to have - I wouldn't bother to read the printed announcements from there. I think this is a fantastic idea, and glad to see the screens are in more and more buildings! (I can see the screens in almost all my friends' buildings now)
