We hired e-bikes for half a day. Staff at 3Peaks were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend trying an e-bike - having been a cynic I am now an e-bike evangelist. Take as much or as little exercise as you like. A fantastic way to explore this amazing part of the country.
