My daughter organised a hen weekend in York and after extensive research to find accommodation for 10 excited females luckily found this beautiful property! Close enough to the city centre to enjoy the sights and spectacles and far enough away to be quiet at night. The rooms were beautifully presented, some with en suite and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean, well prepared, decorated and equipped to the highest specifications. Richard was superbly organised with a list of places to eat/drink and advise on how to get to the races ( highlight of the weekend!) He even had basic essentials e.g. tea and coffee for which we were truly grateful after a long drive! We all enjoyed our stay in this lovely house albeit to short to enjoy all the benefits of the city.
