Booked an appointment to have my tyres fitted and obviously you are not allowed to see what's going on...anyway they manage to smash on of the Tpms sensors....but they sustained that it was already broken which is totally false...the car had no warnings before that visit... We all do mistakes....we have to assume ours and pay for Don't recommend them at all.

Brilliant customer service from a genuinely efficient team at Three Cross MOT Centre. I was looking for a reliable, trustworthy organisation to supply & fit four new tyres on my Jaguar. After much deliberation, a visit to their premises and a chat with Sydney I booked the car in for new tyres & full wheel alignment. On arrival I was able to discuss my precise (possibly pedantic) concerns about wheels, visible balancing weights and steering wheel position. On collection I was presented with a full alignment report and invited to re-visit should the steering wheel position require slight adjustment. The result - perfect.

needed an emergency MOT hours before the Easter holiday and these guys were superb, my vehicle needed a bulb to pass and they had it ordered ,delivered and fitted with a years certificate in a short time. The friendly receptionists are efficient and the waiting area clean and accommodating. Highly recommend and Im back later with my Horse lorry.

so this is a late review but iv used Syd and the team for as long as iv bin driving the team at 3 cross mot are super friendly and will do there up most to resolve any issues you Encounter such as signing off on a vehicle defect rectification scheme there is nothing 3 Cross mot will not do for you
