The worst company and the worst service. Customers are simply ignored here and my ordered shoes have disappeared somewhere during the shipment in Manchester. These people do not understand that I have already paid a total of 150 swiss francs for customs clearance and 220 swiss francs for the shoes. I have to mention here james, tom and adam who offer a miserable service. I've been waiting for my shoes for 2 months now and I just don't get an answer via mail anymore. I will never order from android homme again and never have to deal with "2 Squared Agency" again. Wake up, it's 2021.

ordered a pair of Denims and they were way too short and did not fit the description. after calling and voicing my experience i was told that " yes we are aware that the item is faulty as we have had more than 1 complaint "... okay so how do i redeem a refund ? send back the item at your OWN expense and we will refund you within 5 working days ! what a joke. if i could rate zero then i would ! pathetic newbies outlet will 100 percent never return or recommend .
