On the 24th of January 2022 I went to this cargo despatcher, he explained 12 weeks and your cargo will be delivered to your family address, from the end of March I have chased these guys for updates on delivery, promised every time I will chase them and get back to you, not once did the owner return my calls. After 2 months of chasing the cargo was delivered to our family, on the 15th May four weeks late,upon opening the big bags it was noted the bags had all been opened and all new items had been stolen, out of 12 bags every bag had been ripped and checked. 2's travel and cargo had given guaranteed safe delivery. After ringing the owner again today, he stated there is nothing he can do and it was our mistake for putting new items in the bags. I strongly recommend not to use these guys as they lie and are dishonest, once you have paid your fee for sending cargo they are not interested.
