    Earlier this year we had a conservatory ceiling installed by 2hot2cold. From the initial consultation through to fitting and after sales they were professional and thorough. The fitters took time to ensure everything was perfect, during installation they found a few of the glass panels were misaligned and rectified it along with installing our cabling within the ceiling for a future ceiling light. A knowledgable team that took time to explain everything, we have recommended them to others and would use them again.     MY ROOF HAS LEAKED EVER SINCE THEY CONVERTED IT. THEY SAY IT IS CONDENSATION, I SAY IT IS RAIN LEAKING IN. WE NEVER HAD CONDENSATION LEAKING INTO THE CONSERVATORY IN THE 12 YEARS PRIOR TO THE WORK BEING DONE. NOW IT LEAKS ALL THE WHILE AFTER DRIVING RAIN SINCE THEY DID IT. THEY HAVE ABANDOND US TO LIVE WITH THE ROOF LEAKING LIKE THIS FOREVER. WE HAVE NO IDEA NOW HOW TO PUT THIS RIGHT, THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED AT ALL, OUR E MAILS GO UNANSWERED
