The service is normal but I would recommend hygeine lessons for the drivers. I couldnt breath as soon as i stepped into the car. The worst part was when the heaters got put on full blast so i was heaving in all the Body oder. Not nice at all.

A very polite and well mannered, driver.Very curious, I said where u waited long for me? he said no,but it took me few minutes to get out my house cause of opening my gate,And in as polite as he was ,he could have rang and said do u still want to taxi,he even go to my address 20 minutes earlier, then suppose to but ,didn't ask if I was ready for the taxi,he could He tried and if I was ready,I would have come out ot wouldn't have mattered 5 minutes, but his good Manners, made him not,I would recommend ur taxi Service.

Taxi from Bournbrook hotel to pink concert can’t fault the driver. Told to ring once concert was done and was told taxi would be 15 mins. After 90 mins still hadn’t arrived - shocking to leave 2 vulnerable girls on there own. Rang 3 times and told it was on its way I do not recommend at all Anything could have happened to us last night
