As Office Manager at The Foundation for Science and Technology, I am very pleased to give a review concerning the support offered from 247 IT Services. This company was recommended to us following the relocation of our office to new premises in September 2019. Prior to this, we received IT support from the internal IT Department within our former office building. Initially we held a few site meetings with Donovan and Clinton so they could get a feel about our area of work and what our IT needs were. It was very important to maintain the same office number to ensure that our members could continue to communicate with us directly and the smooth transfer of our working files and documents to the new IT set up in our new office. Since the relocation of our office, from the initial set-up to the continuous service in the new office premises, the level of IT support has been reliable and very good. There has always been someone at the end of the phone to offer guidance on a wide spectrum of IT issues and on-site support as and when needed. This has also proved to be particularly important since the outbreak of the Covid virus where colleagues have been increasingly required to work from home. The transition from office working to working remotely from home has been seamless. I am very happy to endorse 247 IT Services to companies that need a high level of IT support.
