    I would recommend 247 Commerce if you want custom features. We use to be with CA (higher fees bear in mind) however we requested some extra features to be created and wasn't informed or update even after a year, so we felt like we as a business were not valued as customers. However, when dealing with 247 commerce they managed to create the features we required and on top of that had even moved our data over to theirs within two weeks. Easy, straightforward and very helpful customer service team to be frank that's all that is needed.

    I was approached by 247 just before the expiration of my previous multi channel provider, they came to visit me (liked that) they were cheaper (liked that) and promised they will do all the leg work to get set up by the time my other providers facility expired. I went ahead as it sounded too good, and thats all it was.. sounding. After 5 weeks of trying to get my channels set up, I called it a day and went back to my old provider. I had 4 sales channels missing, pricing was all over the shop with Italian prices being inserted as UK etc. repricing wasn't working in any country. I was emailing and chatting daily, each time with slow replies or a standard "sorry I have been out with customer". I saved about £500 on 1 months fees however my sales went from £18kp/m with old provider down to £7k with 247 and back up to £22k with switching provider back. All in all, one of the worst business decisions I have made. I don't normally give feedback like this but when you loose £15k worth of sales in a month, you do things you wouldn't normally do. My advise if you are after a re-price or multi channel provider, look else where. If you do go ahead, then I wouldn't pay up front, they wanted this from me for the set up fees and I refused until everything worked. If I had of paid this and then moved back, it would have been an additional costly lesson. Oh and I am going to be a bit cynical and maybe adding 1+1 to equal 4, they have 6 other reviews, all 7 months ago with no wording. Each of these are of an Indian Decent (based on the names) and within the company (Originated in Bangladesh) I didn't chat/email to 1 non Indian named person. The 1 name that is "English" also happened to review a company in India. Makes no difference to the company where employees are from but the reviews look dodgy to me.
