Great and friendly service. I needed to book a taxi to the airport for my elderly mother from abroad . In checking in to make sure the booking was in hand (and my mum not being easily contactable) they answered the phone immediately and the driver made sure to locate her at the collection point. Booked a taxi with this company the day before. Text message was received to confirm the booking. Next morning no text was received to confirm whether the taxi was on its way. The taxi never showed up even after 10 minutes after the booked time and couldn't get through to anyone on the phone, it just kept ringing. Had a very important appointment hence booking a cab but ended up using the taxi rank at the station. Got a text message an hour and 12 mins after the pickup time saying "Thank you for using 247 cars Watford".
