Not sure where to begin here - Every 1 star review below is actually 100% correct. The website makes the service look professional but the reality is very different. I had James come and visit weeks ago now (he didn't turn up when he said, as the reviews indicate) and he also gave me the same excuses (COVID and his child was ill). He eventually came and took the samples. Now coming to 2 months and I have chased 8 times for the results from the samples that were taken weeks ago - my last 6 attempts have been ignored. I have been 'promised' the results on several occasions with dates given and still nothing. The additional excuses that have arisen are: - The lab is having an inspection so caused delays (Happy to accept that but have since been promised 2 dates to get the results after this) - The results should be with me, he will check when back in the office (Nothing) At the moment I've paid for a service, had lots of excuses and waited coming on 2 months with no end in sight. I'm actually worried this is a scam and not a real business. Happy to update this review when I'm proven wrong. Either way, I would warn everyone against this service!

I’m only giving one star because I can’t leave a review without any stars. James is a disgrace. His website promises a 24hr turnaround and he promises the same when you speak with him. First he failed to turn up without any explanation. He then turned up the next day but has been providing an excuse every day since then (7 days) as to why he hasn’t been able to produce his report. I think he forgets what he’s told people as he told me and my colleague different stories - first he told my colleague the asbestos testing lab had closed for a few days, then he told me his child was in hospital, then he said the asbestos testing lab was overloaded with a sudden influx of work. We urgently needed the report to avoid delays and liquidated damages on a project, so we arranged for another surveyor to attend on day 7 but James pleaded with me to cancel and promised “120%” that he’d have the report over by the morning. His pleading was accompanied at that time by the story about his child so I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but the report never arrived and he acted as if he knew nothing about his promises when we spoke the next morning. Deadline missed. Report never received. Liquidated damages on the table. DO NOT use this unprofessional and shameful individual. Despite what his website implies, he appears to be a badly organised one-man band using a virtual call centre to take his calls with no conscience and no consideration for his clients whatsoever.

The surveyor was very professional and happy to answer any questions I had. I got a quote instantly and comparing with other companies this was one of the cheapest. Overall the process was fast and the report was very detailed. I would highly recommend this company.

I wouldn't recommend this company. Their website is promising report in 24hr. I've waited for 9days to recieve incomplete report (missing shed with most likely asbestos roof!!!) unfortunately company is not responding to my emails and calls. Very disappointed with the service
