Excellent service! Had a leek in the kitchen after 7pm and couldn't stop it. Called them and someone was out within 45 minutes. Tony was very friendly and helpful and offered a temporary fix until he could get the parts to fix it the next morning where he turned up first thing. Highly recommended!

THE ZARRAR PROJECT
Dont ever use this company. Worst one ever. Boiler broke down last week Monday. After three calls engineer finally came late in the evening. Part was not ordered till Tuesday from engineer. They did not order the part until on Tuesday afternoon I chased them about the part order twice. 🤬 Part arrived on Thursday as it had been not ordered as Express delivery. Remember that I have no boiler since Monday !! And the plumber didnt think it was urgent ! 🤬 Chased up on Thursday. And did not find out till Thursday late afternoon that repair would be not carried out on Thursday. It turned out to be wrong part they ordered. The engineer ordered part for a new boiler. But my boiler is a older model 🤬 New order was made after another two calls. Then was promised part will come direct from manufacturer on Monday. Chased up today and no update. At 2.30pm today was informed part will now come on Tuesday. But no guarantees.🤬 Called myself manufacturer who are based in the UK and have the part in stock. They offer next day Express delivery with tracking number. But these clowns at the plumbing company say that they cant track it ! 🤬 Now it's a week later. Its Tuesday and nearly 2pm. And these guys still cant tell me when the part will come. Is this part coming from Mars?
