They were quick, efficient; the guy who came round (Adam) was very good, professional, did the job very well & very quickly, and was also informative/helpful with regards to explaining the root cause of the issue as well as how to mitigate risks of the same problem occurring in the future. I had a blocked kitchen sink and had tried the usual methods to clear it. I called 24/7 Drains thinking they might say they couldn't attend for a few days. In fact they took the details and attended that afternoon as promised. They solved the problem within about 15 minutes and stayed to make sure there was no problem with my washing machine leaking when it drained, something that had been caused by the blockage forcing the water out. Two days later and everything is working as expected. I can't comment on value or quality as I think this was probably a standard job for them but their attitude was spot on and I would recommend them. Service: Drain cleaning
