I have sent two children here since they opened, it started off as a great nursery however today I pulled my child out after getting called and informed she had hurt her lip as the children were having snow ball fights. Upon arrival my child had bruising to her forehead, a bust lip and a cut near her eye. What nursery would allow 3-4 year old children to have snowball fights when the snow had turned to ice??? The nursery is overcrowded and quality has gone way down. There were 25 plus children and 3 staff members. Yes that may be ratios but not what you expect in a high end nursery that charge high prices. This nursery looks glamorous and fantastic but has poor level of childcare. Just 10/20 minutes from watching the class and you will see the issues.

Our child has attended for a couple of years. Being that the property has undergone a huge scheme of renovation in recent years, the whole location inside and out is lovely. Our child is really happy at this nursery. So much so, that when driving past, he is excited to see it through the car window from his seat. The facilities are excellent. There style of education is engaging. We have clearly seen the benefits from him coming to this nursery. We receive regular updates and pictures too. All staff have been very friendly and professional. They communicate well with us. Highly recommended.

After contacting and visiting this nursery in spring/summer last year a month and consecutively three months into my pregnancy for the visit I was slightly embarassed I may have been too early in visiting the nursery and wanting to ensure a place for my child there. After the look around there was no alarm or emphasis on securing a place that far in advance using the nursery’s unclear policies and, I add because of the breezy nature of the staff member giving me a false sense of security that there would be plenty of spaces left by the time I needed it in September/October 2018. I had however been under the impression from my visit that I was automatically on the list because my name was on the system and that they would be in touch in due course. How wrong. After having lunch with a friend today she informed me that all the spaces had gone at 22. I decided to go in person to hopefully ensure that this was not the case and because I’d visited so far in advance thought my name, which was on the system since May 2017 would be enough to ensure my then unborn and nameless child could go there. To my utter disappointment they informed me there was now a 2 year waiting list and I’d still have to pay the non refundable £100 deposit if I wanted to register to ensure my child could go there. I feel utterly let down that 22’s administrative procedures did not have a follow up email to make it obvious about their registering policies but even then just to be polite to give a gentle reminder from the visit about having to register so far in advance because even though your name is on their system and you’ve verbally agreed you wanting your child to go there does not guarantee you a place. Very confusing for a first time parent. I feel I’ve been left in a diffficult position after having moved up from London and just having a baby now at 12 weeks old, leaving me in an even more vulnerable position. Incredibly upset.

Our daughter loves this nursery and so do we. Friendly and highly professional staff, thoughtful, well trained and very attentive care for kids, and the food they serve is amazing (the chef deserves special praise!). We feel so lucky to be able to send our daughter there.
