We stayed in the top floor apartment in April and we had a fantastic time! The apartment was immaculate, elegantly furnished and spotlessly cleaned. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and went out of their way to help us with information about the local area and public transport. We enjoyed exploring the local shops and Wandle Park, and we found that the transport to central London was very quick and convenient. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Last year, my family and I stayed two weeks at 22 Rectory Grove and we had a great time. The house has been beautifully restored and the two apartments we rented were very comfortable and elegant. Every detail was impeccable and Diana, Nigel, Michael and Christopher couldn't have been nicer and more hospitable hosts. The location is perfect: on a quiet and nice street, minutes from the train station that takes you to Victoria Station in central London in only 15 minutes; a few blocks away, there are many shops and restaurants. We highly recommend staying in this wonderful home.
