First time to use their service for tinting glass for a commercial company. Poor customer service, never reply to emails and always had to chase to get the work done on time. The job was done to a good standard, however they walked off at the end of the job without telling anyone and waiting for approval. Still waiting for a response to confirm the job is complete. One of the panes was not finished to what was discussed and it’s obvious. The tint is already peeling in places and it hasn’t even been a month since install.
