Just recieved a call regarding my booking for tomorrow, which was made and confirmed above a week ago and an estimated price given. Caller said that the estimated price would now be almost triple due to where they would be sending a driver from. I booked with them as their website states "need a local taxi in [destination], look no further". I am so upset. At least they let me know today I guess.

Used for the first time at the weekend and what a great service. Texts with updates and tracker too. Really friendly drivers we had Paulo and he was really chatty and smiley. Great service opening the doors for us and asking how the temperature was in the car asked us what we wanted. Will use again

Being a mobility scooter user, I dread breaking down, so am insured should it happen. Out and about one day, flat tyre so rang the insurers who were very caring and got the job done in getting 21 cars to come out, pick me and the scooter up and got me home. Driver was very helpful and made sure all was OK before leaving.
