Book in advance and the only directions they sent for check in omitted both the address and the the check in times…… the instructions told you to call someone for the code to access your room . That person refused room access until we had arrived, despite the instructions suggesting a call was necessary immediately. It was unnecessarily confusing…. Breakfast is described on the website as…” Daily Breakfast Service including: cereals, tea, coffee, orange juice, eggs, bread, bacon, milk, jams and croissants.” Yet it’s not supplied in any box for the room, nor is it available when you email reception…. When I eventually Ackerman they said they would drop it off around 8…. I don’t see the point in providing me with an apartment then getting a company to cook my breakfast…. Neither do I seee the point in you supplying food after I’ve left? Surely the point in an appt of for me to cook the food that you supply at whatever hour I fancy?
