I had a horrible dent in my wing courtesy of a parking bollard so having seen their utube videos I sent a photo to 1st track dents and received a call back within the hour. As he was in my area he came over to access the damage and give me a quote. After about 3 hours of patiently pushing, pulling tapping and polishing you would not know there had ever been a dent there. Nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional with an eye for detail and should be proud of his work. I will try to keep away from further damage but if im unlucky i would have no hesitation to use him again.

Absolutely fantastic job of taking a nasty dent out of the crease line. Customer service is top quality, have recommmended to everyone. Edit: 5 years later. Another dent on my rear quarter panel and Jake did a cracking job of putting it right, you’d never know it was ever there!

Contacted 8 companies in total,Jake was the only one to give a professional and helpful reply.Every other company was only interested in a respray even though they offered the same service as him & said it was too difficult as the dent was on the door crease.Jake's work is outstanding,I wasn't expecting perfection on a 27 year old Jeep ,but he knocked it out of the park.I cannot recommend him enough.Lovely guy,great work ethic & very reasonable prices. 10 out 10.
