Absolutely awful customer service, doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Heating wasn’t on in the car and the driver was made aware. Elderly and children were in the limo. Son’s fell very ill and when we spoke to the owner who was very rude, he began talking absolute nonsense. Not happy with the service and would not recommend at all

Hired the hummer. Good service by the driver unfortunately the company doesn’t do checks on whether the heating works during the winter days. Was in the hummer for 2hours+ on the way to the location and 2hours+ on the way back home in freezing conditions causing several elderly people including two 1year old babies to fall really ill. Called the office to make a formal complaint and they just deny it.

Heating wasn’t working at all on the 2 hour journey home. 2 kids under age of 2 were on board and cold. After complaining on the phone I was told that “ body heat “ should’ve been sufficient. No compensation provided. Disappointed.

Had fantastic service with this company took 12 of us to the airport and picked us up all straight foward no problems what so ever bottles if bubbly and drunks for the kids brilliant service would definitely recommend this company will definitely be using them again
