We had an external drain blocked. We had a reply the same day regarding booking us in despite Alan being away on holiday. Attended on time, professional, explained everything before carrying out works and the blockage was cleared in very little time. Alan was friendly and approachable, able to make an appointment quickly. When he arrived at the property, he promptly identified that the issue we had was something SW needed to deal with due to being shared drains and he was honest about the situation. He supported me to relay the relevant information to SW and the problem was dealt with by them. We were so pleased with Alan's advice and expertise, we would definitely go back to him if we had an issue in the future and would recommend him.

'What a lovely man' were Mothers first words to me when I called her after Alan had notified me he had unblocked the the drains! Bit of a tricky job to complete due to the building layout and took a little longer than he had anticipated but an excellent result. As I don't live in the area, I wanted someone one who was good with dealing with the oldies as parents are well into their 80's and deaf so that was a challenge in itself. Having read the reviews before making the call it I couldn't have picked a better company to deal with for complete peace of mind. I called Alan at 10am on Monday, he answered the phone direct and answered any questions regarding the blocked drains. Within 2 hours he was onsite with his full rig ready to go to work. Alan was very thorough and methodical and explained the potential cause and suggested any preventative maintenance. I had previously had Dynarod out a few weeks previous for the same fault. Dynarod cleared the blockage and left with 10-15mins, Alan spent 2.5 hours jetting and descaling each drain onsite to ensure the fault didn’t return. Alan is local to our site and it was great to have a genuine hard working tradesman to call on. Someone I will certainly use again in the future. Service: Drain cleaning
