Placed an order at short notice (Wed 27/07) and emailed customer services to advise that the goods were required for a charity event 31/07 and therefore could we have the order by Friday 29th July. Customer services were fantastic and although one item was not in the warehouse they managed to get this in on time, do all the engraving and have the goods with me in time. Great quality and pricing. Will definitely use again

Rang to check before placing an order that they could deliver in time. Advised not a problem. Rang a second time to confirm where I should highlight the date of the presentation event and added this information to notes. Order placed but 2 days later Rang to check on progress to be told that the trophies had not been ordered from their supplier and we would not get our order in time. Very disappointed that I went with this company on the understanding that they would meet our requirements and turned down another company as this one had said they could deliver. Very poor service. Please be honest and upfront if you have no intention of delivering the service you said you could do not say you can. Refund requested. Don't bother writing in the notes on the order as it it clearly isn't read
