    We hired 1st Move International to pick up our belongings from a UK warehouse and deliver them to our new address in WA, USA. We packed everything ourselves as far as boxes go, but we had some furniture and bigger items that did not fit any boxes. Some of those had to be repacked and reorganized. 1st Move was very precise in doing that, taking special care of fragilke items (e.g. our record collection). Everything arrived in perfect condition. Nothing was damaged in any way. They were also on top of their communication, always letting us know where our items were and when we could expect delivery. Actually, in the end, they were delivered a couple of days before schedule. All in all, it was an impeccable experience and we can only recommend 1st Move International.

    12cbm's happily made it from London to New Zealand in the time quoted. 1st Move International went above and beyond for me. After they arranged for our stuff to be picked up in London we realised that we'd packed our son's passport in one of the boxes 🤦‍♂️ I immediately drove to their packing warehouse in Bristol and arrived at 5:30pm. The 1st Move team went out of their way to stay late and help me find the missing passport. The team were all kind and friendly and you could see that they had a very well run operation with knowledgeable staff that have been doing this for years. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

    Brilliant company to work with - really responsive and helpful office-based staff dealing with all the preliminaries for the move from London to Canada followed by amazingly quick and hard-working team of packers and movers who dealt with the 5.5 cubic feet of stuff to be shifted down 8 flights of stairs (!) into the van. Have not yet had reports from the recipient in Canada but I expect that to be wholly positive. I just wish we'd used them when we made our move to and back from New Zealand a few years back.

    What an amazing experience! I am glad we were recommended 1st Move International. The team in the UK was great, attentive and to the point. They dealt with our case professionally; informative with great explanation of the whole pathway from port to port. They took care of everything; from collection of our personal belongings in the UK to delivery of the boxes to the destination point (home to home). They keep you informed and updated. The Clearance company on the destination side (Doha Qatar) is also well chosen. Shipment arrived safely to destination without any issues. No missing boxes. Well recommended!     WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF SHIPPING WITH THIS COMPANY THAT THEY HAD FIVE CARS INCLUDING MY VERY HIGH VALUE VEHICLE APPARENTLY STOLEN FROM THEIR OWN SUPPOSEDLY SECURED STORAGE FACILTIY. THEY COLLECTED MY CAR IN A CLOSED SECURED CAR ON NOV 8TH AND BY NOV 10TH/11TH MY CAR WAS STOLEN. SOMEONE WALKED INTO THEIR FACILITY, TOOK THE KEYS, BROKE INTO SECURE CONTAINERS AND WALKED OUT WITH FIVE CARS, THIS IS THE STUFF OF MOVIES. YOU CAN CONTACT ESSEX POLICE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. DO NOT AT THE COST OF YOUR VALUABLE ITEMS ENTRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING TO BE SHIPPED. THEY HAD FIVE, I REPEAT FIVE CARS STOLEN IN ONE NIGHT FROM UNDER THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY. DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM.
