We have been harassed by LCS for weeks despite Consumer Council for Water and Castle Water's looking into our case putting the invoice on hold until the dispute is solved. No communication between them and their client, just keep threatening you for no reason. Shameless!

Also run under the name LCS. British Gas keeps trying to collect fees for the period before I moved to the property. After multiple chats and their reassurances that it will stop they have now forwarded the unpaid fees by previous tenant (or agency) to LCS who started an investigation. After following instructions in the letter stating that I'm not responsible for this, the agent named Dom was extremely rude. No explanations, no apologies, one sentence replies. He told me he will stop the letters. They better do because I'm sick of this harassment.

I am reporting this business to Action Fraud, the Financial Ombudsman and the ICO today. They took money from my bank account and despite my bank putting a stop to them taking money and reimbursing me they attempted to take money again today. They are also using personal data without consent. Please be aware this is an extremely unprofessional business and everyone needs to know that they are committing criminal offences on a daily basis.

I have struggled to resolve a payment issue whilst contacting OVO/ SSE because First Locate took my money when I paid back in May 2021 (I have the bank screenshot to prove it which I will add to this review tomorrow) but never gave them the money. Also even though the SSE account was in my name, I never used their electricity so that's just clear fraud (so SSE are also no better either). Hey must have allowed my first tenant to open up an account under the landlord's name (me) even though it should have been opened under her account and now they won't answer me or help me unless I can confirm her account details which I don't have (that's fraud by the way) so I'm being chased up about money I paid but no one (nor First Locate nor OVO or SSE) will help me. So again I set my alarm for 8 am to call and get to the bottom of this (I've spent over six hours trying to resolve this).
