Ordered late, arrived next day, including awkward things to ship like lengths of pipe. Very reasonably priced. Also really appreciate the smaller parts being sent in a re-used box - I wish all distributors did that, it shows good attitude towards reducing waste.

Disappointed so far... I ordered a floating blanket which specified "up to 10 days" lead time. Having contacted the company to get a update I was told the website stated 4 weeks lead time (it didn't) I could prove that it was 10 days because I always screenshot lead times, so I replied with the screenshot. I've just chased the order up and got a curt email back with a link to the website showing it now states 4 weeks. Clearly the website has been changed as I can prove. I would have gone elsewhere had it been 4 weeks originally. Very disappointed..

cant finish my transaction because they have ridiculously tight security, my address has two different "correct" 1st lines, never had a problem buying from any other website with either, but this one uses an address finder and the address it finds apparently doesn't match my bank. had to call to find out what specifically was wrong, god know how many other people don't even bother to finish checking out or call to figure out what that problem is. just silly, nobody is using stolen cards to buy fecking pool supplies.

Used company for many years. Pool heat exchanger failed after 1 year. Same chemical conditions as the exact same heat exchanger that lasted 6 years before. No refund or exchange !!! Their view was the manufacturer said the only failure mechanism was the chemicals. Totally ignoring any weld defects. Then they ask me to send it back to the manufacturer at my cost so they can tell me the same thing. Be very careful with this company. Avoid at all costs if you are buying anything but pool chemicals Very very poor customer service
