Yousef has been cutting my hair and beard for over 6 years! It's almost impossible to find a reliable barber who gives you the same quality cut and service every single time but Yousef always delivers. He is friendly, knowledgeable and you won't find a better barber when it comes to hair fading, beard maintenance/growing/shaping. Yousef was cutting my hair/beard in a previous barbers and when he left to come to 1st Class Barbers I followed him over - that's a testament to how good he is. i have to say the customer service is terrible. If its 15 pound for a haircut there needs to be some customer service, every time i walk in, all the barbers including the boss just stares at me with a non welcoming straight face and maybe a hesitant nod to acknowledge me, it instantly makes you feel unwelcome, i think this is a great place for loud lads who want banter while getting their cut but unless you are that way you wont be welcome, so unfortunately will be my last visit have been here many times but same reception each time i arrived.but unless your loud and familiar expect to get a not very welcoming experience for 15 quid, also teach them to actually clean up the customer after instead of leaving hair all over them just gross bunch of lad wannabees
