I originally rented a container for six months but in fact had it for a year. It was spotless, dry and all my belongings - soft furnishings, linen, pillows and cushions came out exactly as they went in. There was no dampness or mildew or any of the things I feared. David Rusbrisge was always helpful, polite and available for any questions I had and most accommodating when my plans changed. I have no hesitation in highly recommending First Storage.

My wife and I live outside the UK and have now had a storage unit here for over 8 years. It quite out of the way but the 24hr access is great for us to come back to the UK and sort / add / remove items whenever we want. Security is good with CCTV and the price has always been a great bargain. Dealing with 1st Chichester Storage has always been easy and straight forward with a very flexible management and it has suited us 100%. We will continue to rent with them till we maybe one day return.

I have been a customer of David's for more than 6 years and only wish that everyone I deal with was as straight and uncomplicated. His rates are competitive, access is easy, (non of this "make an appointment" nonsense), and security is good. Further more, if you have a specific storage requirement that falls outside the norm, he will always try to accommodate. Highly recommended.
