This is a little late in coming as I had assistance from James way back last year in securing a spouse visa but a good review is so deserved. So deserved in fact, that I still think about how much work James put in all these months later! After some initial teething problems with a colleague's approach (albeit correct info and professional) left us feeling a little in the dark, James stepped in to allay any worry and took control of the whole process. I cannot express my gratitude for how he helped shape the life me and my wife now share. The spouse visa application was stressful by its very nature but James got us organised, accepting out-of-hours calls etc. He is a meticulous man who handled our application with skill and a personal touch. Would give 10 stars if possible.

I’d give a thousand stars if I could, James is an absolute miracle worker. After trying and failing to get my husbands visa, twice, over the course of three years with previous legal representation, we were both very sceptical about what could actually be done. I’ve never felt more stress and hopelessness until we met him. He’s very confident in his abilities and also very clear about cases that he knows will not work (my friend has contacted James regarding her partners visa too, and although her situation is not something that James could suitably work with, she commended his clarity, the advice he gave, and the fact that he didn’t string her and her partner along anyway for monetary gain anyway). From the get go, he was helpful, assertive and clear with my husband and I, all while being hilarious and easing my nerves with his humour and approachability. He gave precise instructions on what documents to collect etc, and answered my (very frequent) questions and worries I had near enough immediately after sending an email. He sometimes even answered my emails outside of his work hours, bless him. I was expecting this process to last a lot longer, and to need to appeal at least once, but like I said, he is a miracle worker and we received an acceptance within weeks of him sending off our application. I still can’t believe it, and am so happy and grateful to him. I genuinely consider him a friend after this and highly recommend him to anyone. If you need help with immigration issues then you will not find better representation that James, he really is second to absolutely none. Thank you so much again James, really and truly you are the absolute bees knees. ❤️ 🏻🙏
